Soccer is the Best Sport in the World
I play Soccer
Soccer is my favourite sport. I play outdoor soccer in winter
and I play indoor soccer in summer. In outdoor soccer, 
I play a back, and I am really good. I play for Pendle Hill Tigers and my
team are really good. I have my best friends who play on my team and they
are also good at playing. I really enjoy soccer because it is fun, there
are friends, and we often win. I have played since I was five and never want
to give it up.
Sydney FC
I often go to watch the A-League Soccer competition with my dad. My favourite
team is Sydney FC and they won the grand final of the A-League against Central
Coast Mariners. I was at the game with my cousins when we won 1-0 and it
was a great game. I was very excited and I waved my flag. It was the first
year that the A-League had been played. Sydney FC is the best team and I
will support them for a long time. My favourite player is Dwight
York.

The Socceroos
The Socceroos are Australia's national soccer team and are
coached by Guss Hidink. They are a really good team and they are so good
that they got into the World Cup Finals which will be held in Germany in
2006. I went to the game when Australia qualified for the World Cup beating
Uruguay on penalties. It was the best game of soccer that I have ever been
to and I will never forget it. I went with my dad, my pop, my uncles and
my best friends.
